01 · Leadership
Demonstrate leadership
Show visible commitment to the education, skills, industrial and productivity conversations that shape Nigeria’s future.
PARTNERSHIP & SPONSORSHIP
FLOC 2026 is designed to connect education, industry, policy and implementation around a shared question: how do we build a prosperous future?
Why partner with FLOC 2026
FLOC 2026 brings decision-makers, builders and implementers together around education, industrialization, innovation, productivity and jobs.
The symposium is built not simply for conversation, but for the alignment of capability with opportunity and productivity with jobs. Partnership creates a way for institutions and organisations to contribute to that work.
Partnership pathways
Partnership with FLOC is centred on meaningful participation in the conversations and implementation pathways shaping a prosperous future.
01 · Leadership

02 · Policy

03 · Stakeholders

The FLOC ecosystem
FLOC 2026 is intended for people and institutions positioned to influence, build and implement.
Beyond the symposium
FLOC 2026 is not designed to end with a communiqué; it is designed to begin with implementation.
The Post-Symposium Implementation Commitment centres on the FLOC–Ogun Education–Industry Capability Accelerator (FEICA), connecting education reform, industrial competitiveness and sub-national implementation capacity.
Map industrial skill demand, align curricula, strengthen apprenticeships and school-to-work pipelines, and support innovation and productivity hubs.
Develop an annual Education–Industry Capability Index to help track progress and strengthen implementation.
Build an Ogun-based implementation model with the potential to inform a scalable national approach.
Why Ogun State?
The Theme Note positions Ogun State as a deliberate setting for the conversation because of its industrial concentration, production base, institutions and proximity to the Lagos–Ogun corridor.
Choosing Ogun sends a clear message that Nigeria's recovery will be driven by production, skills, and institutions—not slogans or shortcuts.
